I am not sure who the Designer is or the dress name/style number because the dress is preserved and I cannot open to look at the tag. It was bought at a bridal store in Burlington, NC called Bridal Mart. It was worn for the ceremony and reception. I love the beading and flower design throughout the dress. It is very easy to dance with the bustle.
The photo of the front of the dress is when I tried it on at the bridal shop before I ordered mine. My dress does not have any bulges like in this picture. I just had no clearer image of the intricate beading on the front.
