This is a beautiful, NEW WITH TAGS dress that features a gorgeous bodice with beading and sequins, and a tulle skirt that has a sweep train. I absolutely love this dress, but I never wore it because I ended up having a beach wedding. After trying it on in the store, it was never worn again, so it is in perfect condition.
